The project partners met on 9 October 2025 to define the implementation timeline, prioritise the development of the online platform and establish regular coordination meetings.

The meeting brought together the project partners Bunde Wischen eG (Germany) and ACOBIJA (Spain) to coordinate the first steps of the project and establish a shared working framework.

During this meeting, we focused on defining a clear timeline of actions and establishing the first priorities for the project. Our main objective at this stage was to organise the work in a structured way and ensure that the initial activities could be implemented efficiently.

One of the key decisions we made was to prioritise the development of the project’s digital tools. In particular, we agreed to focus on the creation of the project website and the online community forum. These platforms will serve as the central spaces for communication, knowledge exchange and participation throughout the project.

We also agreed on a practical working method to support implementation. Since the kick-off meeting, we have been holding coordination meetings approximately every three weeks. These meetings allow us to review progress, share updates and adjust our actions when necessary.

This regular coordination helps us maintain continuity in the work and ensures that the project develops in a consistent and transparent way. It also allows us to respond quickly to emerging needs and keep the implementation process on track.

Through this first meeting, we established the operational framework for the project and confirmed our commitment to work collaboratively. Our shared goal is to promote conservation grazing as a practical tool for biodiversity conservation and sustainable land management, while strengthening cooperation and participation among people involved in this field.
